Get up and do something about it!

Don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't accomplish something. Oh, is it the voice in your head telling you that you can't? Retrain your brain! Because YES YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO DO! ~Sara Oliver

Also, register today for the Race for the Cure so your packet will be mailed to you and you won't have to drive to pick it up next week. I'm looking for 100% participation everyone!! Please register today! This is an event you don't want to miss! I promise!
Aren't all goals worth achieving, hard? They just are, and we are wise to count the cost before we set a goal.

Reaching your goal will take time to train and dedication to a schedule or a way of life. It is actually a evolution in becoming the New You. Evolving your lifestyle, into the lifestyle necessary, for you to become the New You.

You can't just reach your goal weight by sitting in front of the TV and eating ice cream all day. Neither can you finish a 5K, 10K, 1/2 Marathon or Full Marathon by dreaming about it. Yes, dreams are good and we need to visualize ourselves accomplishing the goal, but don't stop there.

Get up and do something!

Need to re-vamp the way you eat? Do something about it! Learn! Read! Sit down and plan your week.

Need to train for that half-marathon? Do something about it! Lace up the shoes. Grab a run buddy. Put the headphones on and run.

Feeling low and need an emotional pick-me-up? Do something about it! Rest. Read. Recharge. Talk to someone. Seek help if needed.

Need to get rid of negative friends, tv shows, trashy books, or bad habits? Do something about it! Rid yourself of the negative behavior and replace it with investing in positive relationships, uplifting tv shows, reading good books, and establishing a new good habit (ie, exercise, earlier to bed-time, nutritious meals).

YOU'RE WORTH IT!

I so love working with each one you daily and plan to recharge myself this weekend too. So expect a fantastic Week 3 of Adventure Boot Camp!

Yours in reaching goals,
